Thoovaanam is a film is the making and it stars debutants Aadithya and Nethra in the lead roles. The film has a technically sound crew which is being touted as one of the strengths of the film. This includes ace cinematographer Madhu Ambat, who has directed the film titled 1:1.6-An Ode to Lost Love. He cranks the camera for the film.

The film’s crew opines that the title was specifically chosen to connote the poetic depths that run as an undercurrent throughout the movie. Thoovaanam implies the azure sky before and after a drizzle. What strikes us most about the sky at that point of time is its dampness. Likewise, there are incidents in our life that strike a chord and though they leave indelible marks, sometimes, we just have to move on with our lives.

It definitely looks like one can look forward to a lot of aesthetic fulfillment from the film, if we are to go by the title.
