A shocking incident of a businessman and Vijay fans association leader killing his own brother has created ripples in Thoothukudi. Billa Jagan hails from Mattakadai in Thoothukudi, and is a businessman, who also happens to be a member of DMK, former youth wing coordinator and also the leader of Vijay fans association in the city.

His brother, 32 year old Simson had been having arguments with his wife, following which they had been separated. However yesterday, Simson brought back his wife to his home, but after they had a quarrel again, Simson went to Billa Jagan and argued with him, asking him to give his share of the properties.

Already in a drunk state, the argument turned physical as Billa Jagan who lost control, took a gun and shot his brother on head and thigh and Simson passed away in the spot. After his death, Billa Jagan had escaped from his house, and now cops are investigating the case, and they also found that the gun was an unlicensed one. There are already many criminal cases against Billa Jagan as per reports.
