Dhayanidhi Alagiri is back in the business after a brief post-marriage break. The producer has decided to launch the music of 'Thoonganagaram', his upcoming production venture, come Wednesday (January 5).

Directed by debutant Gaurav, the film is set in Madurai, which happens to be stronghold of Dhayanidhi and his high profile father M K Alagiri, the Union Minister of Chemicals and Fertilisers.

"The film is about lives of youngsters in the temple city. Gaurav's script is the backbone of the movie and it has been shaped up well," say sources close to Cloud Nine Movies.

Music for 'Thoonganagaram' is by Sundar C Babu of 'Chithiram Pesuthadi' and 'Nadodigal' fame. "Songs in the film will reflect the culture of Madurai soil," sources say, adding, "The movie will hit the screens in a couple of months."
