‘Tholi Prema’ finally gets million bucks

'Tholi Prema', starring Varun Tej and Raashi Khan in the lead, has made it to the one million dollar club in the US.  The team has responded with a 'Million Thanks' poster.

For the Mega hero, this is the second such film in a row.  Last year, 'Fidaa' made it to the club easily.  The coming of 'AWE' slowed down the march of 'TP'.

Hours after the movie's release, Tej had tweeted saying 'Challenge Accepted', which is his character's oft-repeated phrase in the movie.  His cousin's 'Inttelligent' had got a flop talk before the film's release.  This reduced the competition at the box office.

Riding on the strength of its storyline, performances (Varun Tej and Rashi Khanna are both getting accolades), music (SS Thaman) and cinematography (George C Williams), the movie of the debutant director Venky Atluri is making the BO sing a romantic song.
