If Bollywood had its way, Aamir Khan may soon have competition coming its way on 12th August when his first release for 4 years 'Mangal Pandey - The Rising' releases.

Believe it or not but two sleaze flicks are being readied to add on to the British opposition for the rebel called Mangal Pandey. We are talking about Negar Khan, Saahil Khan, Ayesha Jhulka starrer 'Double Cross' and Aryan Vaid, Preeti Jhangiani, Suman Ranganathan starrer 'Sauda' that release on the same day as the biggest movie ever made in Bollywood's history arrives.

It doesn't require a soothsayer to predict if these small fishes could be any competition to the biggie, what with none of the two catering to family audiences who would prefer make a beeline for the historic. But one fails to understand the thought process of the makers who have chosen to release their flicks at such an inappropriate time.

It may not be a surprise if the release of both 'Double Cross' and 'Sauda' are further pushed to allow them to do some decent business for their target audience later on!
