This writer replaces Rathna Kumar in Lokesh Kanagaraj's 'Coolie'? - Here's what we know

Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has a habit of collaborating with various writers for additional screenplay and dialogues in his movies. Rathna Kumar, who directed 'Meyaadha Maan' and 'GuluGulu', helped Lokesh with his scripts in the industry hits: 'Vikram' and 'Leo'.

Now, Loki is all set to direct Superstar Rajinikanth in 'Coolie'. The creator had already confirmed that Rathna Kumar is not going to be a part of this project as he is busy with his own directorial. Sources tell us that it is official that Chandru Anbazhagan will be penning the additional screenplay and additional dialogues for this action biggie.

Chandru Anbazhagan was the co-writer and co-director in Lokesh's 'Maanagaram' and Sivakarthikeyan's 'Maaveeran'. A selfie of Lokesh Kanagaraj with his 'Coolie' writing team has surfaced over the internet and is going viral now. 'Coolie' is produced by Sun Pictures with music by Anirudh.
