Ram Charan expressed his elation on Twitter after the Oscar win for 'Naatu Naatu', declaring that the victory belonged to every Indian actor, cinema-goer and technician. "We have won!! We have won as Indian Cinema!! We won as a country!! The Oscar Award is coming home!," he wrote.
He also emphasized that 'RRR' would always be a special film in India's cinema history and in their lives. Charan expressed his gratitude to SS Rajamouli and MM Keeravani, whom he described as India's most precious gems, for giving him the opportunity to be a part of the masterpiece.
Charan congratulated lyricist Chandrabose, singers Kaala Bhairava and Rahul Sipligunj, and dance choreographer Prem Rakshith. He also expressed his appreciation to his co-star Alia Bhatt for being the sweetest, and expressed his desire to dance with Jr NTR and create records again.
Charan concluded by describing 'Naatu Naatu' as an emotion that resonates across the globe, and expressed his continued disbelief at the Oscar win, saying that it still felt like he was living in a dream.
