Ram Gopal Varma has become a fan of a particular web series. It's 'The Family Man 2', the biggest flavour of the season. In his latest tweet, the director said that the Amazon Prime original, featuring Samantha Akkineni in the role of a terrorist, can be turned into a James Bond-like franchise.

Ramu wrote that the espionage thriller can give rise to a realistic James Bond franchise that can go on forever. Furthermore, he opined that mixing family drama, action and entertainment is complex and can only be pulled off by an incredible actor like Manoj Bjapyee. Elaborating more on Bajpayee, RGV wrote that the actor treads the very fine line between realistic and dramatic.

The web series is directed by Raj & DK as also Suparn Varma. Chellam Sir, the character, has become a viral phenomenon.

RGV, in the meantime, recently directed 'D Company', whose first episode is streaming on Spark OTT. 'Godse' and other creations of RGV are going to be OTT releases later this year.
