This is what Pooja Hegde gets for Vijays Thalapathy 65

Actress Pooja Hegde has been laughing all the way to the bank these days. After working in back-to-back films in Telugu and Hindi, this petite beauty has now set her eyes on the Tamil film industry. Reliable sources say that Pooja has been roped in as the love interest of Tamil superstar Vijay in his next film, Thalapathy 65.

And what she gets as her remuneration for the film is a whopping Rs 2.50 crore. She has reportedly allocated 50 working days for the film. To be shot in Tamil, Thalapathy 65 will be also be dubbed into Telugu, and Hindi and perhaps, that could well be the reason why the makers have cast a popular star like Pooja Hegde as the leading lady opposite Vijay, says a source. Thalapathy 65 will go on floors in mid-April and Pooja will join Vijay in this schedule.

Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the action drama is being produced by Sun Pictures and also rumoured to have Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui as the villain.

Buzz is that Thalapathy 65 is set in Georgia and Nelson and his team have already jetted off to Tbilisi for the location recce. The film will have music by Anirudh Ravichander and cinematography by Manoj Paramahamsa.

Apart from Thalapathy 65, Pooja is also working for Chiranjeevi-starrer Acharya, Prabhas's Radhe Shyam, Most Eligible Bachelor featuring Akhil Akkineni and Ranveer Singh's upcoming Hindi film, Cirkus.
