She eats healthy food as her nutritionist recommends, she eats whole foods and stays always from processed foods, but when she does feel the urge to grab some junk food, she DOES eat the junk food.
According to her, it`s important to give the body what it needs by also giving yourself what you want.
Your body needs food, which you`re giving to your body by eating whole foods, but you WANT junk food and that`s why you should eat junk food, BUT in moderation.
Do not overstuff yourself, and do not eat much than what is needed to suppress those cravings.
That`s a pretty cool way to balance both fast-food and whole food!
