They came for him, they saw him, they heard him say, they chanted him and they stood with him.

There are moments when you feel you’d feel like sharing the stage. There are some when you wish to be the audience and enjoy. But today audience were in a confused status. They were both the beneficiaries and also the catalysts for success. It’s more than patronizing their star’s movie and watching it the first day first show. They have been like a force, drove out the ghosts of piracy out of the film’s purview and made it the highest grosser of the Telugu film history. So, as the owners of the film, the fans were to take the stage but to enjoy the celebrations, they had to be off it.

But their star didn’t disappoint them today. On the one hand he thanked each one of them his heartfelt thanks for shouldering the film out of trouble and shifted gears to warn the criminals from inside the industry who orchestrated the entire piracy exercise that the issue will not be forgotten.

In an event marking the huge success of ‘Attarintiki Daredi’, the film unit arranged for a thanksgiving meet with the fans and the fans chanted the ‘Pawanism’ Mantra all thru the evening. Suma started with announcing that it was a war between piracy and Power star’s popularity and like in the end of any fairy tale, justice prevailed and the film ran away with the highest grosses of Telugu film industry and in the overseas markets, created a new record in the Indian films itself.

An audiovisual was played depicting the social media’s role in fighting the piracy including the hundreds of tweets and posts by celebrities and fans on Tweeter and Facebook.

Rao Ramesh spoke grounded and said ‘I had a brief interaction with Pawan Kalyan in the Gabbar Singh shoot but a longer one in this film. This film is like a medicine without an expiry date and worked as a tonic for the Telugu film industry itself’

Raghu Babu said ‘The movie has established Power Star’s stamina at the Box Office. Thanks to the fans for such success and to the director and producer for the role’

Kota said ‘Every one added his or her bit for the success of the film but Pawan Kalyan is the most important factor. I am happy that this Telugu film with most of the talent from Telugu industry had succeeded and I thank the audience for that. Success is not new to Pawan Kalyan, he has seen many of these before but today he meant to share his expression with you and that’s what makes this event special’
