Superstar Aamir Khan has become the latest Bollywood celeb to appreciate and promote recently released socio-political thriller, 'The Kashmir Files'. Directed by Vivek Agnihotri, the film is based on ethnic cleansing and exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in 1990 and it is being applauded for a realistic depiction of the same.
Although Aamir hasn't watched the film yet, he has appreciated the fact that someone has tried to display the pain of Kashmiri Pandits on big screen. In a recent public event, he stated, "Jo Kashmir main hua Kashmiri panditon ke saath woh yakeenan bahut dukh ki baat hai,” Aamir Khan noted. “Aesi ek film jo bani hai us topic main woh yakeenan har Hindustani ko dekhna chahiye aur har hindustani ko yaad karna chahiye."
Aamir further added, "This film has touched the emotions of all people who believe in humanity and that is what is so beautiful about it." The actor concluded by saying, “I will definitely watch the film and I am happy to see that the film is successful."
