Actor Tahir Raj Bhasin has played some interesting roles lately and he has several projects with leading roles coming. However, this hasn't always been the case. Tahir shares that he was rejected by almost 250 auditions before getting casted Rani Mukherjee starrer 'Mardaani'. He said, "“Anything that’s worthwhile takes time and this is something I understood when I first came to Mumbai. I was rejected from some 250 auditions over three years before ‘Mardaani’, but I used this as positive fuel and feedback."

However, Tahir doesn't consider that phase to be a struggle, he consii it a learning phase. He said, "To be honest, I never saw my initial time in Mumbai as a struggling phase. It was an aspiring phase. I was visualising a dream and aspiring to make it real and it’s the hardship and journey that make the successes worth celebrating."

Up next he'll be seen alongside Taapsee Pannu in 'Looop Lapeta' and in sports drama '83', he'll portray the legendary Indian batsman, Sunil Gavaskar.
