Ajith Kumar has completed 30 glorious years as as one of the all time superstars of Tamil cinema. Social media users across platforms have celebrated the milestone and made it a top trending topic. The self made megastar himself is gearing up to shoot the remaining portions of his upcoming film 'AK 61' directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor. The action adventure film based on a heist is expected to release later this year or early next year.

In the last quarter of 2022, Ajith will begin shooting for his next project 'AK 62' produced by Lyca Productions and directed by Vignesh Shivan for which Anirudh is scoring the music.
