'Thippajji' Sacrifice

A film based on the real life prostitute turned social servant ‘Thippajji Circle’ shot an important scene for the film recently in Chitradurga. It is at Chitradurga district the ‘Thippajji Circle’ is also situated.

Daughter urge for mother not to entertain anyone customers at home – a blood curdling situation for mother was very emotionally charged situation for actress Pooja Gandhi.

Neha Patil telling her mother Pooja Gandhi also received applause. This particular situation was main crux of the film. After this ‘Thippaji’ sacrifice her life for daughter giving up prostitution.

This is ‘Rubi Cine Craft’ RG Siddaramaiah, SK Vinod Krishna produced film in Aditya Chikkana screenplay and direction. Veteran novelist Dr BL Venu has lent the story for this film. Bharani Sri music, Deepu S Kumar editing, Dr V Nagendra Prasad, Ghouse Peer lyrics are part of this film.

Dr Suresh Sharma, Dhruva Sharma, Satyajith, Srinivasamurthy, Manasi, Suresh Rai, Jayaram, Baby Anusha, Jyothi Guruprasad and others are in the cast.
