Thilagavathi IPS urges action against Vairamuthu

Thilagavathi IPS has stated that Chinmayi should soon file a complaint against Vairamuthu and an investigation must begin at the earliest. She also questioned the delay in taking action against him questioning if he was even a member of any party.
Further, she also criticized how Vairamuthu opined that only time will reveal the truth on the accusations filed on him. “I don’t think there is any politics involved in Chinmayi’s case. I can’t understand why Chinmayi is delaying going to the police station. We can’t blame her for delaying it as well. She was only 17/18 when the incident happened and might have been confused. Now as she has grown, there might be a clarity in her,” she said.
