The film has story, screenplay, dialogues, lyrics, singing, direction and acting from Huchcha Venkat. In some of the locations of Hyderabad for 32 days he is shooting for this film ‘Thikla Huchcha Venkat’. The burning issues of Poura Karmika are the content in focus from Huchcha Venkat. With privatization on the one hand the corporation workers are not getting right salary. When the power and water are also privatized then there is no government necessity Venkat observes. In future we may have to pay tax for sun light and air is the questions he makes in this film.

The heroine for the film has not been selected. Anuradha Bhat, Vani Harikrishna sung five songs in Satish Babu music was released to the market from Lahari Recording Company. Anand was present on behalf of Lahari Recording also received felicitation. Chauhan is cinematographer, Rekha Das is in mother role. As first step of publicity the audio CD was released, Venkatram father of Huchcha Venkat is investing on this film ‘Tikla Huchcha Venkat’.
