Director Perarasu who is known for making films having titles with names of famous cities and towns like `Thirupachi', `Thirupathi', `Sivakasi', `Thiruvannamalai' etc has now gone National by directing a film titled `Tihar' which has Unni Mukundan playing the hero and Parthiban playing the villain for the first time in his career. Others in the cast include Vijayaraghavan, Akanshu Puri, Suman, Devan, Riyaz Khan and Manoj K Jayan.
The film produced by Gayathri Films International has music is by Illayaraja, cinematography by Shekar V Joseph and editing by Samjith Muhammed. `Tihar' is releasing on the 21st of August 2015.
