An award, how so ever big or small, is an award and the winner will obviously cherish it.

And so they are all. The Nandi award winners this year have all spoken.

Rajendra Prasad

I owe this to director Chandu and writer Madhu and the entire Aa Nalguru team. It was hard work and we all feel vindicated. I am really happy.

Sashank

It came as a real pleasant surprise. I wasn’t expecting anything. I have to thank director Rajamouli at this hour.

Kamalinee Mukherjee

I am pinching myself to believe whether it is all real. We missed out on the Film fare awards. This is a personal joy. I owe this to director Shekar Kammula. I would also like to thank the entire unit of Anand for this award.

Sekhar Kammula

I am happy that I have won two awards (best director and best producer) and Anand has won six awards. My challenge is to make Godavari, my next film, even better.

Chandra Siddardh (Director Aa Naluguru)

I am happy. But I also feel that my film deserved more awards than it eventually has. I am not cribbing. I am also happy for Rajendra Prasad for getting the best actor award. He fully deserved it.

Mohana Krishna Indraganti

First the National award and now this Nandi recognition. I am happy that a literary product has got the recognition it richly deserved.

Vidya Sagar

It obviously feels good as it comes on the back of the Nationbal award. I would like to thank every unit member of Swarabhishekam and a special thanks to director Vishwanath.
