"There is no survival without talent." - Mithun Chakraborty on film industry

Film industry is a place full of cutthroat competition and it is really tough for individuals to find stardom in it. However, what's even thougher is to sustain that stardom for years and only a handful of people manage to pull that off. People often wonder what makes these outliers different from the rest. In a recent with PTI, actor Mithun Chakraborty stated that talent and good character are essential for an actor to have a long career.
He said, There is no survival without talent. Only your talent can take you ahead, if you have it, you will make it. No one in the world can stop you. A good actor, who is a bad human being, will have a short life. A bad actor, who is a bad human being, will have no life. A good actor, who is a good human being, will have a long life.
Mithun further added, The only magic to hold on to stardom for so long is that a good actor, who is also a good man, will live for long. Your superstardom will vanish in a heartbeat if you are not a good person. Karma will just wait for the right time, no one can escape that.
On the work front, Mithun will soon be seen in projects like 'The Kashmir Files' and 'Bestseller'.
