With the action star holding important duties as the General Secretary of the Nadigar Sangam and the President of the Tamil Film Producers Council, expectations have only increased.
In an exclusive interview to Indiaglitz, the actor opined about his entry into the politics. "If you have to come to power to do good and if that's called politics, then yes, I am entering politics," the actor said. The action star also said that he will continue doing his humanitarian deeds and that it should not be misconstrued with political intention.
The socially inclined actor also stressed the need for free education and medicines in the state. "It's high time that politicians realised one thing. Instead of privatising Air India why can't the government privatise its schools so people like me can take care of it? Our kids should get quality education so they can flourish and become great leaders in the future," he said.
Vishal vouches to not take criticisms to the heart but to do good things from the bottom of his heart.
Director Mysskin's 'Thupparivaalan' which shows Vishal in a new avatar as a detective is all set to hit the screens Tomorrow (September 14).
