'Thellavarithe Guruvaram' will hit the screens on March 27. Its pre-release event was held on Sunday evening.
Speaking on the occasion, Editor Satya said, "The run-time of our film is just 2 hours. The proceedings are racy. The audience are going to be in splits watching the movie."
Debutant director Manikanth Gelli said, "It's a family film and its entertainment value is going to make you say 'Adhurs'. I am happy that Tarak anna is here as the chief guest for my first movie. I am a firm believer in God. One of my favourite Gods is in Simhachalam. The other one is in Kerala's Sabarimalai. My favourite actor is Simhadri in Andhra and Singhamalai in Kerala."
MM Keeravani said, "This is my son's second film. He will always be the director's student in his career. Student No. 1 NTR has come here to bless him. Fathers are of two kinds. One set always handholds their kids. The other one is not like that. I am of the second kind."
Rajamouli said that 'Thellavarithe Guruvaram' is looking quite rich. "The teaser and trailer, together with the songs, are so good. Since Simha is a family member, I am in two minds. The ultimate judges are the audience. Bhairava is going strong as a music director. As for Simha, it's up to the audience," he added.
Jr NTR's speech was full of emotions. He likened the Bhairava-Sri Simha duo to his sons. "When my sons do well in life as children, I will be as happy. I am short of words to describe my happiness with respect to the success of my brothers, Simah and Bhairava. For the last 20 years, my fans have been my God-given family. Keeravani and Jakkana are the only family that I know of. They have been behind every decision that I have taken. I am not their guest. I am their family," NTR said, adding that he has known producer Sai Korrapati for 30 years.
