The trailer for 'Thellavarithe Guruvaram' makes it clear that Simha Koduri, Misha Narang and Chitra Shukla are in a love triangle, where the male protagonist has no feelings for his bride. On the other hand, there is a villain in the piece, who will get ruthless if the need be.

It seems, in the course of the film, comedians such as Satya are going to make loads of romantic-erotic references around pre-marital sex and first night. If Rajeev Kanakala is an emotional father, Ajay is the antagonist. Besides Satya, Viva Harsha is also a comedian.
