Popular director Bharathiraja had recently appeared on screen in Siva karthikeyan’s Namma Veettu Pillai directed by Pandiraj, and he had acted as the grandfather of the hero. Following this, Bharathiraja is acting in several movies and is also making a comeback to direction.
Now, the director is in news for an unfortunate reason, as a huge theft has happened in his residence in Krishna Street, T Nagar. Two days back, Bharathiraja found that an Iphone worth 1 lakh, 1 kilogram of silver items from the pooja room, and Rupees fifteen thousand cash were missing.
Following this theft, Bharathiraja had filed a complaint in the Mambalam police station and the police officers are investigating the case, with the help of CCTV camera footage from nearby places. Police are currently suspecting the servants in Bharathiraja’s house and are making enquiries.
