‘Theeran Adhigaram Ondru’ featuring Karthi in the lead role of a solid cop hit the screens two weeks before and is continuing to get positive reception. Directed by H.Vinoth, the movie is being already touted to be one of Tamil cinema’s most convincing cop outing.

Post two weeks of the film’s release the film’s gross earning at the box office office stands at a strong Rs.28 crores in Tamil Nadu alone. Breakdown of earnings region wise as follows:

Chennai: Rs.5.04 crores
Coimbatore:Rs.6.1 crores
Chengalpattu: Rs.9.45 crore
Salem: Rs.1.45 crore
Tuticorin and Kanyakumari region: 0.71 crore

Adding profits from other regions as well, the film’s accumulated earnings at the end of two weeks stands at Rs.28 crores. The film which has equally impressed audiences from all categories has become a commercial high grosser with above average performance in the box office.
