Cinema halls in Telangana will be re-opened on July 30. The re-opening has been postponed by a week due to some reasons.

On July 30, at least two noteworthy releases are happening. 'Thimmarusu', the legal thriller, is one of them. Starring Satyadev Kancharana and Priyanka Jawalkar, it is directed by Sharan Koppisetty. 'ISHQ', starring Teja Sajja and Priya Prakash Varrier, is also hitting the screens on the same date.

On August 6, at least three releases are expected. One of them is 'SR Kalyanamandapam', which is headlined by Kiran Abbavaram and Priyanka Jawalkar. 'Ksheera Sagara Madhanam' is also releasing on the same date.

Meanwhile, well-known distributor Suniel Narang has thanked Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for permitting standalone theatres to charge a parking fee. It was banned previously and theatres were worried over their depleting profit margins.

Meanwhile, theatres in Andhra Pradesh are waiting for the Jagan government to revise ticket prices. Producers have conveyed their point of view to Kodali Nani and others. The Chief Minister is not responsive so far.
