Praveen KL is a famous editor who won National Award for his work in the accoladed movie "Aaranya Kaandam". He also worked in iconic movies such as Thala Ajith's Mankatha, Kaaviya Thalaivan, Madras, Thozha, and Superstar Rajini's Kabali.

The National-award-winning editor marked his debut in the film "Chennai 600028", which is also the first venture of actor turned director Venkat Prabhu. Praveen also worked in Venkat Prabhu's "Massu Engira Massilamani", which turned out to be his 50th movie.

Currently, Venkat is directing the political thriller "Maanadu", featuring dapper Simbu, super cute Kalyani Priyadarshan, and the talented SJ Suryah. Praveen KL works as the Editor in Maanadu too and this film marks the 100th movie milestone in his cinema career.

This morning, the director Venkat Prabhu has tweeted that he is so happy and proud to announce that Maanadu is Praveen's 100th film. He further adds that he feels overwhelming about working with the editor in his 1st , 50th, and 100th movies. He stated that he is looking forward to collaborating with Praveen on more projects.
