It's known that 'Arjun Reddy' is currently being remade in Tamil with Vikram's son Dhruv as the male lead. Dhruv, a debutant, has already stepped into Vijay Devarakonda's shoes. Directed by Bala, the artistic director of 'Sethu' and 'Pithamagam' ('Shiva Putrudu') fame, the film is currently being shot in Nepal's Kathmandu.

The news is that Bala has given his own twist to the look of his hero. If Devarakonda came with a scraggly beard in 'Arjun Reddy', the Tamil counterpart will be seen in a ruffian look with boyish charms - a long-haired mane tied in a band and a badass beard.

Vikram wanted to launch his son with his film when he watched 'Arjun Reddy'.
