While he kept us busy with 'Baahubali', SS Rajamouli silently funded the construction of a pucca, high-quality school in Vizag district's Kasimkota. He is one of the four philanthropists (including T Prashanti and MM Keeravani), who financed the reconstruction of a low-end school that was ravaged by Cyclone Hudhud in 2014.

When he read about Kasimkota's fate, Rajamouli consulted certain authorities and found out which was the most damaged school in the village. He then took it upon himself to change the fate of that school for good.

This school now houses many more rooms complete with high-class tiles and excellent furniture, all thanks to Rajamouli and his fellow philanthropists. The school's management is thankful that they no longer have to urge others to lend a roof for conducting classes.
