Director Lokesh Kanagaraj who had recently directed the superhit Karthi starrer Kaithi which was released on Diwali, is now directing the 64th movie of actor Vijay which is being called as Thalapathy 64, and the team is now shooting the second schedule in Delhi.

Thalapathy 64 has a huge cast including Vijay Sethupathi who plays the villain. Malavika Mohanan as the female lead, Shanthanu, Antony Varghese, Andrea Jeremiah, Gouri G Kishan, Srinath, Sreeman, Sanjeev, Ramya Subramanian and has music by Anirudh.

The latest entry to the Thalapathy 64 team is actor Sunil, brother of actor Vaibhav who is said to be playing an important role in the movie, Sunil had made his debut as an actor with Seethakaathi released last year, and incidentally both Seethakaathi and Thalapathy 64 have Vijay Sethupathi.
