The film features a stellar cast including Vijay, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Mohan, Jayaram, Ajmal, Vaibhav, Laila, Sneha, and Yogi Babu.

The director, Venkat Prabhu, praised the suspense in the film and spoke highly of the actors during an interview:
'I am a big fan of Mohan sir. I really liked his performance in the movie Hundredth Day directed by Manivannan. I cast him as the villain. Mohan sir wouldn't act if he didn't like the story, but as soon as I told him about this role, he immediately agreed.
Actress Laila has a small role in this film, but she came forward and performed for us.
Next, Sneha madam was surprised when we told her about her role. She asked, 'Is this really the role I am going to play?' and was very happy. She is a great performer.
Premji also has a role in this film. He has changed a lot; he is now a married man and has matured. It's a joy to see him like this.
