The making of a dashing hero, Puri Jagannadh-style

'The Transformation of Kalyan Ram' captures the essence of it for sure.  We are talking about a special making video of the Nandamuri actor's make-over.  Released by Puri Jagannadh moments ago, the video bears testimony to the spectacular amount of drudgery put up by Kalyan Ram to metamorphose into a macho hero of Tollywood.

It's left to you whether you call it Puri-ISM or Kalyan-ISM.  What is certain is that, as NTR said, it's a new Kalyan Ram altogether – not just looks-wise, but also attitude-wise.  That's what happens when your director is a Puri.
