'The Lion King' clicks at Telugu box-office

'The Lion King', the photorealistic animation musical entertainer, released last Friday worldwide. The Telugu version, for which Nani, Jagapathi Babu, Brahmanandam, Ali, Ravi Shankar and others have dubbed, is learned to be doing well at the box-office.
The film has collected a whopping Rs 63 Cr till Monday in India (nett business). Children, especially, are enjoying the story in toto. The first week might see it earn Rs 80 Cr (all languages).
The Telugu as well as Tamil versions are also doing extremely well.
"The collections of 'The Lion King' stand right after that of Marvel Studio's 'Avengers Endgame' and 'Avengers Infinity War'. The Lion King becomes the third-highest grosser all time," a source says.
