Meesaiya Murukku girl bags next!

Actress Aathmika made her debut way back in 2017, with the fun filled coming of age drama Meesaiya Murukku directed by and costarring Hip Hop Aadhi, and post the success of the movie, she's been starring in a number of interesting flicks.
Now, it has been revealed that Aathmika has been signed to play the female lead in the next movie of director Mu.Maran, who had made his debut last year with the intriguing thriller Iravuku Aayiram Kangal starring Arulnithi and Mahima Nambiar in lead roles.
Titled Kannai Nambathe, this movie which has Udhayanidhi Stalin paired with Aathmika, will also be a crime suspense thriller, and will begin shooting in Chennai and Pondicherry from the second week of February.
