Recently, actress Kareena faced a lot.of backlash after the rumors went wild about her asking 12 crore INR for a role.

The role was of Ma Sita in an upcoming mythological flick. So apparantly, Kareena's demand has hurt the religious sentiments of people and #BoycottKareenaKapoor started trending on Twitter while on the other hand, we have stars like Akshay who charge close to 100 crore INR for one film. The superstar is getting paid 99 crore for 'Bachchan Pandey' and around 85 crore for 'Bell Bottom'. His asking price for a project in 2022 is going to be 135 crores.

Even after all this, no one seems to be bothered a bit and when an actress demands a fraction of such huge amount, everyone start losing their minds. There are people who even believe that Kareena should do the role of Sita for free.
