The Kangana shocker to director

Remember the cinematographer-turned-director Rajeev Menon of 'Merupu Kalalu' and 'Priyuralu Pilichindi' fame? He was to direct a film with the super-talented Kangana Ranaut as the heroine.

The project now threatens to fell apart for a curious reason.

It's that Kangana quoted a bomb to do the movie. Guess the amount? It's Rs. 11 Cr.

Rajeev, who was hoping to make a 'dekko' by casting the versatile actress, was in for shock. Apparently, such a spectacular fee is unsustainable for them.

Kangana never ceases to make news for interesting reasons. Recently, she openly said that she used to have massive fights with Prabhas during the making of 'Ek Niranjan'. Then the writer of her upcoming movie went to the town slamming her for wrongly claiming to have enriched the script when it was he who did the writing. Earlier, the Hrithik Roshan e-mail controversy made news with respect to her.
