The Jungle Book
'The Jungle Book' is an American adventure film that is directed by Jon Favreau, written by Justin Marks, and produced by Walt Disney Pictures. This movie is based on Rudyard Kipling's story. The film is an action and reimagining of Walt Disney's 1967 animated film of the same name.
After Hollywood made a name in it, B-Town stars came together to dub for the Hindi version of 'The Jungle Book', Disney India. Stars like Priyanka Chopra will match Scarlett Johansson's voice for Kaa. Irrfan will dub friendly bear Baloo, which is dubbed by Bill Murray in the Hollywood version. Shefali Shah will dub for Raksha, the lone wolf for whom Lupita Nyong'o lent her voice. Om Puri will speak for the Black Panther Bagheera, dubbed by Ben Kingsley in the English version. Finally we have, Nana Patekar who has dubbed for the fearsome tiger Shere Khan. In the international version, Idris Elba has dubbed for the fierce Bengal tiger.
'The Jungle Book' has become one of the most-anticipated films of recent times and it will be released in India on April 8, 2016.
