Director Praveen Sattaru's 'The Ghost' will have its theatrical trailer released on Aug 25. The October 5th theatrical release, meanwhile, is in the news over a promo released today.
In the 130-second promo, we see an intense Akkineni Nagarjuna making a frightening sword from raw material. A stone-like metal named Tamahagane is the warrior-friendly "legendary metal" from which the hero makes the scary sword with the sole intent of vanquishing his enemies. 'The Ghost' is an unrestrained soldier in his own right.
"Made from the legendary TAMAHAGANE!!! The invincible Katana of the ancient samurais; now in the hands of #TheGhost #TheKing (sic)," tweeted the film's director.
If the film has BGM by Mark K Robin, the promo has BGM by the Bharath-Saurabh duo.
Starring also Sonal Chauhan, Gul Panag and Anikha Surendran, the film has stunts by Dinesh Subbarayan, Kaecha, Robin Subbu and Nabha. Produced by Narayan Das Narang, Puskur RamMohan Rao, and Sharrath Marar, 'The Ghost' is releasing on the same day as 'Shiva'. Mukesh G's cinematography and the action stunts will be major highlights.
