Amidst all the hype and anticipation, the first song of Kabir Khan's upcoming film '83' was released on Monday and it is a soulful and inspiring sports anthem. No sports film is ever complete without the inclusion of an energetic track that can lift the spirits and give a winning attitude and 'Lehra Do' is just that track for '83'.

The video of the song plays mostly on the emotional notes. It starts with team India struggling to survive in the '83 Cricket World Cup as they face the wrath of fans for their poor performance. However, as the song goes on, Indian side seems to get back on feet step by step and ultimately they manage to bag the title for their fans and their country. A brief montage in the song also shows people throughout the country celebrating the victory of Kapil's Devils.

The song has been sung by Arijit Singh while Pritam has composed the music. The trailer of '83' was released a week ago and it has garnered tremendous response from fans. The film itself will release on 24th of December.
