The cousin gets the momentum

Vikranth, the look-alike of actor Vijay, is now a busy customer acting in three Tamil movies simultaneously.

After a mediocre debut in Karka Kasadara, directed by R V Udhayakumar, Vikranth is now acting in Illamai with his uncle S A Chandrasekhar besides Pattasu, a movie directed by Sakthi Chidambaram.

Now JJ Good Films, who produced movies like Chatrapathy and Arasu, have roped in Vikranth to play the lead role in their next venture titled Ninaithu Ninaithu Parthen.

The movie is directed by Selvaraghavan's associate Manikandan.

Kadhal fame Joshua Sridhar will score the music while Na Muthukumar will pen the lyrics.

Says Manikan, 'it would be a different film never seen before in Kollywood. A different script and innovative storyline' are its strength.

Mumbai girl Ashita plays the heroine while Karunas and Ponnambalam are also in the cast.
