Kareena Kapoor's "The Buckingham Murders" Receives Acclaim at BFI London Film Festival

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan will kick off her ride with the Netflix film Jaane Jaan, which is going to theatres on September 21, 2023. On this day, the famous actress will share the screen with Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat in this movie that has already created massive hype.
Kareena announced that her upcoming movie titled "The Buckingham Murders" would open at the London Film Festival (BFI) this October 2023.
Director Hansal Mehta recently talked about working with actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, praising her exemplary performance during an interview with Instant Bollywood. He termed his collaboration with Kapoor professional and said she came prepared to do justice to her character.
He also pointed out how happy he felt when he found that on its website, the festival had referred to it as a "career-best performance by Kareena Kapoor Khan," which made him proud of her.
Continuing to praise the fact that this time out, Kareena was able to step outside of her comfort zone and step aside from her usual image to play a character who is suffering through grief, he hoped those who see it would be able to appreciate her true acting abilities.
Kareena Kapoor herself announced that "The Buckingham Murders" will premiere at the 67th BFI London Film Festival happening on October 14 and 15, 2023. The film about loss, closure, and the immigrant experience is written by Aseem Arora, Raghav Raj Kakker, and Kashyap Kapoor and directed by Hansal Mehta. As part of his announcement, she invited those in the UK to attend his film’s screening at Curzon Mayfair, making this one of only three Indian films chosen for the festival.
