The BAN storm continues in second week: Makers

'Bharat Ane Nenu', which grossed Rs. 161.32 crores in its first week, is in its second week run at the box office.  And producer DVV Danayya is happy with the way the Mahesh Babu-starrer has been delivering results at the BO even after all these days.  "The second weekend has been quite huge and the plexes are witnessing packed houses all over. With May Day weekend turning out a huge advantage, 'BAN' continues to mint money across the globe," DVV Entertainments says.

In Overseas territory, the film has held ground.  "Despite the 'Avengers: Infinity War' storm in the US, the film has managed to stand strong, grossing USD 3 million mark recently.  It is marching towards USD 3.5 million mark over there," a source says.

"The film is expected to gross Rs. 200 crores by the end of second week. Mahesh Babu's show-stealing performance and Koratala Siva's tight narration have made it stand tall," the producer says.
