That's why 'Srinivasa Kalyanam' needs to pick up

'Srinivasa Kalyanam', which hit the screens last Thursday, reportedly earned a distributor share of Rs. 9.25 Cr as of Sunday. In the US, the Satish Vegesna-directed family drama is going to be a bigger disaster than even 'Chal Mohan Ranga'.
Keeping in view its performance so far, the Dil Raju-produced movie needs to pick up in a big way from Monday. It's because it was sold for a whopping price to distributors on the back of the success of 'Shatamanam Bhavati', also directed and produced by Vegesna and Raju, respectively.
For a Nithiin film, the share earned in four days is pretty decent. However, this is hardly encouraging in the context of the film's high pre-release business. The stakes are huge.
Meanwhile, the film's "success meet" will be held on Monday evening.
