Akkineni Nagarjuna awaits the release of 'Wild Dog' on April 2, promotions for which have already begun. The 'Manmadhudu 2' actor is already busy giving interviews to TV channels and YouTube portals.
In an interview with Film Companion, the actor justified the use of the forbidden 'MC' word in the film. It's the last word in the film's trailer. The last time we saw such a word being used and almost glorified was in 'Arjun Reddy'. "That's how cops talk sometimes. It felt right for that particular scene and film. That's why I used the word," Nagarjuna said, suggesting that he was into the character and didn't find it odd to spout it.
In another interview, Nag said that the use of the word 'Nepotism' in the context of the film industry is inappropriate. Nepotism was coined to describe a particular culture in the public limited company space, he suggested.
In 'Wild Dog', Nag romances Dia Mirza. Directed by Ahishor Solomon, the thriller has Ali Reza and others in key roles.
