V Hanumantha Rao, the well-known Congress leader and veteran Rajya Sabha MP, on Sunday took a strong exception to the "corrupting" posters of 'Arjun Reddy'. He was referring to the intense lip-lock of Vijay Devarakonda and Shalini. In a symbolic protest, VHR even tore down a poster pasted on an RTC bus. The film's hero has opened up on the issue. And when he did, he had only two words to say: 'Thathayya, chill'. The Facebook post has now been widely shared since morning.
By referring to the Congress veteran as a 'grandpa', Vijay has suggested that such protests are passe. But will VHR chill?
