Chandoo Mondeti-directed 'Premam' will see its audio release on the 20th of this month, while the movie will clash with at least four other releases on Oct 7.

Meanwhile, Nagarjuna has commented on his role in the movie. "I am the narrator, so my voice will be heard. I am not playing any role in particular, but will appear in the end", he has said. Probably, Nag is going to drive home the film's unstated message explicitly for the benefit of the audience. Importantly, he is doing a similar function (although he is playing a proper role in this case) in the soon-to-be-released 'Nirmala Convent'.

As for Venkatesh playing a cameo in 'Premam', this is what he said before the release of 'Babu Bangaram' when asked about it. "Watch it when Premam gets released. You will know whether I am there or not". There is a speculation that Venky will be seen picking up a quarrel with a college principal's character in the film. The scene doesn't last for more than a minute. A similar scene is there in the original too - the Malayalam version.'
