Tharun Bhascker ridicules his heroes

Tharun Bhascker Dhassyam’s 'Ee Nagaraniki Emayindi' stars Sushanth Reddy, Vishwak Sen, Venkatesh Kakumanu and Abhinav Gomatam alongside Anisha Ambrose and Simran Chaudhary in the lead. Ahead of the release of its Trailer on Sunday, the director of 'Pelli Choopulu' fame has something funny to share about his lead men.

"We wanted to have dazzling introductions for our heroes. We wanted to introduce them as rich men getting out of a Rolls Royce, etc. But since they are those whom you will most probably find being caught by traffic police for riding triples on the Begumpet flyover, I dropped the idea. I thought of showing them with their respective heroines by their side. But since they are too small to stand by the side of girls, I dropped that idea as well. Moreover, the gang's name is 'Kanya Raasi'," Tharun says jokingly.

"We have finally settled for the idea of a trailer. It has come out really well. We hope you will all like it. We are overwhelmed by the response that our Motion Poster recently got. We hadn't expected more than 1 lakh views," he adds.

Touted to be a buddy comedy, the film tells the journey of four friends and explores the worlds of filmmaking and alcohol in the life of youngsters in a fun way.

Backed by producer Suresh Babu, it has music by Vivek Sagar of 'Pelli Choopulu' fame. The buddy film will be brought to the Overseas audience by Weekend Cinema.
