Model and actor Tharshan is one of the top contestants of the third season of Bigg Boss game show, and he had been in a relationship with actress Sanam Shetty. Recently the actress had posted a video declaring she's no more in his life, but yesterday on eve of his birthday, she celebrated his birthday in a special way.

Sanam Shetty had spent Tharshan's birthday with the children of Kaakum Karangal foundation and celebrated his birthday by cutting cake and spending time with the children.
