Bala, Vishal, Sivakarthikeyan & Uday divide 880

This Pongal, there is a variety treat at the box office with Bala's Tharai Thappattai' starring Sasikumar and Varalakshmi with folk dance as its backdrop, two action thrillers Kathakali' starring Vishal and Catherine Tresa and Gethu' starring Udhayanidhi and Amy Jackson and finally the rural comedy Rajini Murugan' with Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthi Suresh.
News has come out that 880 theatres have been blocked for these four films and here is how they are divided between them.
- Tharai Thappattai' – 250,
- Kathakali' – 220,
- Rajini Murugan' – 210
- Gethu' -200.
