The national award winning actress is now gearing up in the avatar of producer. This is the long time ambition of actress Thara who made debut in acting in ‘Thulasidala’ in 1985. Thara a solid performer in character roles now was also heroine in films like ‘Dr Krishna’ opposite Dr Vishnuvardhana but her performance in different kind of roles got her a long stay in acting and recognition in political party BJP.

Thara in fact was producer of ‘Kanuru Heggadathi’ but she had to give up in the middle to the hands of bureaucrat IM Vittala Murthy.
